Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or related field
- experience managing a team preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong physical stamina
- proficiency in scheduling and performance evaluation
- knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
- ability to uphold company policies and standards
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Manage a team of room attendants and house attendants responsible for cleaning and upkeep of hotel areas
- interview, train, and schedule housekeeping staff
- conduct performance evaluations and discipline staff when necessary
- schedule daily housekeeping work and collect room and floor status sheets
- monitor daily progress of room attendants
- inspect completed rooms to ensure standards are met and coach employees on deficiencies
- coordinate work orders and follow up to ensure completion
- release checkout rooms to be sold
- monitor performance of house attendants
- ensure sufficient supplies on guest floors
- check cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and linen closets
- comply with Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct
- work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
