As part of Life Care Centers of America, the Housekeeping Aide role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that are vital for a safe and welcoming healthcare environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to make independent decisions as appropriate

  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks

Job Duties

  • Perform daily housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning, replenishing supplies, and mopping floors
  • Ensure all cleaning practices comply with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for patients and staff
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients and staff
  • Make independent decisions as needed to address housekeeping issues promptly
  • Uphold professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, and other stakeholders
