We are currently seeking a qualified Housekeeping Aide to join our professional team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, attractive, and safe facility that meets regulatory standards and Life Care's high benchmarks. The Housekeeping Aide will be responsible for performing routine housekeeping services such as dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, polishing, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning, replenishing supplies, and mopping floors. This position plays an important part in creating a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff by ensuring that all areas of the facility meet cleanliness and sanitation standards. Working closely with other team members, the Housekeeping Aide demonstrates excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude toward all patients and associates.
The role requires making independent decisions when necessary and maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and patients. Prior healthcare experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
