Trilogy operates as a comprehensive long-term care service provider, focusing on delivering high-quality care and support to residents in their health campuses across multiple locations. Emphasizing teamwork, meaningful relationships, and continuous development, Trilogy offers a stable work environment with competitive compensation and exceptional benefits. This environment has been designed to ensure that every team member feels valued, appreciated, and motivated to thrive in their respective roles.
The current open position is for a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant at the North River Health Campus in Evansville, Indiana. This role is pivotal to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of the facility, adhering strictly to Trilogy Standards as well as federal and state regulatory requirements. The Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and employee spaces are impeccably clean and well maintained. Specific duties include carrying out daily and deep cleaning tasks, managing isolation cleaning procedures following infection control protocols, and properly storing equipment and supplies after use.
Beyond cleaning, the role involves laundry duties such as washing, drying, delivering, and organizing linens and residents’ personal laundry items. Proper use and upkeep of laundry equipment are also essential responsibilities. The position calls for attention to detail, a commitment to safety and hygiene, and the ability to work collaboratively within the broader teams that contribute to resident care and facility management.
Trilogy values educational qualifications such as a high school diploma or GED/HSE and prefers candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to their responsibilities. The organization offers a substantial benefits package under its Thrive program, designed to support employees’ well-being, financial security, and career development. Key benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage with free virtual doctor visits starting within the initial 30 days of employment, weekly pay with regular quarterly wage increases, spending and retirement accounts with company matching, paid time off combined with paid parental leave, inclusive care services covering LGBTQIA+ support and gender-affirming care coordination, and tuition and student loan assistance.
At Trilogy, applicants will find not just a job but a career path with opportunities for growth and meaningful connections within a culture of respect and inclusion. The company is an equal opportunity employer that complies with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination and harassment, ensuring a safe and welcoming workplace for all employees. Prospective candidates from states including Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky should note that state law requires a criminal record check as a condition of employment. For those who are passionate about making a positive impact within the care industry and seeking a supportive employer that values their contributions, Trilogy Health Services offers a fulfilling and stable workplace where they can truly belong and thrive.
