Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred
- Ability to handle physical cleaning and laundry duties
- Willingness to follow infection control and safety regulations
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to the Hudsonville, MI location
- Pass a criminal background check as required by state law

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Basic understanding of infection control procedures

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents, family members, and employees
- Perform daily cleaning assignments, deep cleaning assignments for move-ins and move-outs, and isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with infection control procedures
- Ensure work and assigned areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored at all times
- Wash and dry resident laundry and linen, deliver and put away laundered items, maintain equipment and label resident laundry
- Follow Trilogy standards and comply with federal and state regulations
- Assist in maintaining infection control standards
- Report maintenance needs and safety concerns promptly
