Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • adaptable and willing to adjust to changing priorities and assignments

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
  • willingness to assist with additional responsibilities, including cart retrieval and general cleaning tasks
  • strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and a positive member experience
  • able to follow detailed procedures and safety standards accurately
  • adaptable and willing to adjust to changing priorities and assignments

Job Duties

  • Conduct routine safety inspections and immediately alert management of any potential risks
  • operate cleaning tools and products safely, particularly around equipment like forklifts
  • clean and sanitize key areas such as restrooms, doors, windows, entryways, and high-traffic zones using approved procedures
  • quickly respond to spills and operate floor-cleaning machines when needed
  • properly dispose of waste, including plastics, cardboard, and general trash, in line with sustainability protocols
  • track and manage cleaning supply levels, rotate stock, and store materials safely
  • ensure all indoor and outdoor spaces, including the parking lot, are consistently clean, safe, and member-ready
