Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- satisfactory OIG exclusions and background check
- satisfactory personal and professional references
- positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with clients
- ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, with seamless implementation, regardless to client demands
- intrinsic motivation, client-driven service disposition, excellent time management skills, team approach, and basic computer skills
- scheduling flexibility, holiday and weekend rotation is required

Job Duties
- perform all functions necessary to maintain cleanliness in individual client rooms, hallways, offices, and other common areas
- housekeeping duties including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors, dusting fixtures, sanitizing furniture, empty wastebaskets, and biohazardous waste containers
- maintain client laundry on weekly rotations
- adheres to training and development standards set forth by Hickory, joint commission, and state regulations
