Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to move and stand for extended periods
- Certification upon training completion
- Desire to deliver excellent service
- Ability to self-motivate and take initiative
Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or hospitality service
- Desire to provide excellent guest service and experience
- Ability to take initiative and self-motivate
- Good judgement and critical thinking skills
- Certification sign off after completing training
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests and anticipate and exceed guest expectations
- Clean and restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies
- Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups
- Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells
- Clean offices, Front Office areas, and associate break room
- Perform other duties as assigned
