The Courtyard by Marriott located at 6 Transam Plaza Dr, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, is currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping and Laundry team member for an overnight full-time position. This non-management role offers an hourly pay range between $17.00 and $17.50 and is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the hotel’s guest rooms and public areas during the overnight shift from 11 PM to 6 AM. The role demands open and weekend availability, as well as physical stamina to manage tasks including lifting objects heavier than 20 lbs.

As a Housekeeping and Laundry staff member at Courtyard, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests receive a flawless hotel experience by promptly addressing their requests and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will collaborate closely with various departments to report maintenance issues, adhere to safety protocols, and support the team goals through efficient and courteous service. Responsibilities include organizing furniture in guestrooms according to requirements, managing waste and linens with proper handling procedures, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. This position requires strong motor skills and the ability to navigate different physical environments, such as narrow spaces, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
