Job Requirements
- Ability to respond promptly to guest requests
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, kneel, and move frequently during shifts
- Capability to move and lift objects up to 55 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Adherence to company policies regarding safety and confidentiality
- Completion of safety training and certification
- Ability to work as part of a team respectfully and supportively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds unassisted
Job Duties
- Respond quickly to guest and departmental requests
- Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms
- Place caution signs to ensure guest and employee safety
- Organize furniture in guest rooms as required
- Remove items from hallways including waste, dirty linens, and unused newspapers
- Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment appropriately
- Comply with company safety policies and complete required safety training
