Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good physical health and stamina
- Willingness to comply with company hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or similar hospitality service
- Desire to provide excellent guest service and enhance guest experience
- Ability to take initiative and self-motivate
- Good judgement and critical thinking skills
- Completion of training with certification sign off
- Physical ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service to guests and anticipate and exceed guest expectations
- Clean and restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies
- Restock housekeeping carts with clean, sanitized glasses and cups
- Vacuum and mop hallways and stairwells
- Clean offices, Front Office areas, and associate break rooms
- Perform other duties as assigned
