Job Requirements

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Cleans and maintains hotel property in accordance to brand standards and specifications
- Practices customer service behaviors including listening, initiative, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Demonstrates good communication skills to ensure communication between shifts, departments, and management
- Makes decisions in the best interest of the property and compliance with policies
- Demonstrates positive team spirit and assists other team members
- Maintains cleanliness of guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replacing amenities
