The Guest Environment Expert role at Four Points by Sheraton is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel to ensure a memorable and unique guest experience. This full-time, non-management position requires a flexible schedule, including weekend availability, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. This role goes beyond basic housekeeping duties; it involves skilled responsibilities such as delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and performing a variety of housekeeping tasks that contribute to a positive guest environment. Guest Environment Experts are empowered to move about the hotel independently and to proactively address cleaning and maintenance needs to uphold quality standards.

In addition to physical duties that may require standing, sitting, walking, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds, this role demands a high level of professionalism in personal appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies.
