As a seasonal role offering an hourly rate of $17.55, this position is designed for individuals who enjoy practical work involving both indoor and outdoor custodial and maintenance tasks. Job duties include daily cleaning and maintenance of multiple workspaces, including bathrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and conference rooms. Attention to detail is essential when handling floors, door handles, countertops, and equipment like microwaves and refrigerators. The role also involves exterior groundskeeping tasks such as grass cutting, weed control, flower bed maintenance, snow shoveling, and salting sidewalks to ensure safety during winter months. Candidates need to be physically capable of performing various demanding tasks requiring lifting, bending, stooping, standing, walking, and other activities associated with custodial work.
