The role of a Guest Environment Expert at The Westin Irving Convention Center is pivotal in ensuring that every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming, and impeccable environment throughout their stay. In this full-time, non-management role, individuals will engage in physically active tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving objects weighing less than 50 pounds safely without assistance. The role requires a commitment to following company procedures, maintaining confidentiality, adhering to quality standards, and presenting a professional image through uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
