This part-time Housekeeping Associate role is essential for upholding our cleanliness standards across multiple areas including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and customer seating. The successful candidate will be integral in performing routine and deep cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal. They will also manage the replenishment of cleaning supplies and ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed. Given that this position operates within a retail environment, it requires physical stamina to stand for entire shifts and the ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles, especially within retail or warehouse settings, is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided. The candidate should possess good communication skills and demonstrate professionalism when interacting with customers and staff. Safety awareness, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and use of personal protection equipment, is paramount in this role.
