Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 9:00 am
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending
- Commitment to follow hotel cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy
- Willingness to work Sundays 9 am - 5 pm
- Ability to report maintenance concerns accurately and promptly
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and pay attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and hotel protocols
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Reliability and punctuality
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals
Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Replace used towels and toiletries
- Dust furniture, vacuum floors, and mop hard surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
- Empty trash and replace trash liners
- Restock room supplies such as coffee, water, and amenities
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and properly
- Maintain carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner
- Follow hotel policies regarding guest privacy and security
