Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is an asset

Job Duties
- Assist laundry operations, rotating as needed to maintain a fresh and inviting environment
- Ensure the seamless availability of guest amenities, including restrooms, changing suites, and all guest waiting areas
- Ensure well-stocked amenities throughout the facility to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized and clean facility
- Maintain professional and effective communication with guests and team members
- Undertake other duties as assigned by leadership
