Physical demands of the role include regular movement, lifting, bending, squatting, and walking, requiring adequate physical strength and stamina.

In addition to the physical cleaning duties, the Housekeeper must show patience, tact, and a positive attitude towards working with elderly residents, contributing to a respectful and supportive atmosphere. The individual will participate in training and regular staff meetings to stay current with best practices and continuous improvement within the department. The Housekeeper will also be expected to report incidents, maintain equipment cleanliness, and support other department projects as needed, ensuring that the broader operation functions smoothly and efficiently.

This role promises an opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of seniors by providing a clean, safe, and comfortable living space while developing skills related to community facility maintenance and resident service.
