Job Requirements
- one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to exhibit positive customer service attitude
- adaptability to changing resident needs
- respect for resident rights
- personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision
- reliable work attendance
- good communication skills
- maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- neat, clean appearance

Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas
- ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests
- maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner
- address work-related problems with appropriate individuals
- exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others
- maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
