Job Requirements

  • one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • neat, clean appearance

Job Duties

  • perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas
  • ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests
  • maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
  • communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner
  • address work-related problems with appropriate individuals
  • exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others
  • maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
