Job Requirements

Minimum one year of housekeeping experience
good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
high school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
ability to stand for eight-hour shifts
willingness to work flexible schedules
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
ability to operate housekeeping equipment

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year of housekeeping experience with knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
high school diploma or equivalent education and experience
any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities

Job Duties

Maintain guest room cleanliness, including cleaning bathrooms and kitchen areas
clean floors by vacuuming or washing
remove trash from guest rooms
dust and polish all guest room furnishings
maintain outside room appearance by cleaning sliding doors, A/C grills, doors, windows, and removing trash from surrounding areas
ensure all hotel areas meet company standards
visually inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas for cleanliness and presentation quality
notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security policy violations and guest concerns
operate housekeeping equipment and restock supplies
notify head housekeeper or supervisor when rooms are ready
maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
