With a commitment to enriching the lives of seniors and supporting its Team Members, Provincial Senior Living operates more than 13,000 units, serving thousands of residents and their families. Known for its strong adherence to its foundational Pillars of Excellence, Provincial ensures that personalized care, hospitality, and lasting connections are at the core of every community it manages. As one of the largest senior living families in the U.S., Provincial Senior Living communities have earned Great Place to Work certifications from 2022 through 2026, reflecting its dedication to creating a positive and supportive work environment.

The company strongly believes in fostering a culture where purpose and teamwork come together to create meaningful employment opportunities and extraordinary career pathways. It offers various opportunities for professional growth through ongoing educational and developmental programs. This commitment helps team members to build fulfilling and purpose-rich careers within the organization. With competitive wages, access to early wage payment, flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time positions, and a comprehensive benefits package, Provincial Senior Living prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of its workforce.

The community is currently seeking a Housekeeper/Server to join its dedicated team. This unique dual-role position is designed to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, their families, and team members alike. The role skillfully combines housekeeping duties with dining service responsibilities, ensuring that the community remains comfortable, well-maintained, and hospitable. Housekeeping tasks include cleaning apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices, sanitizing surfaces and fixtures, maintaining floors and furniture, and managing laundry duties while handling cleaning chemicals safely.

As a server, this role extends to providing excellent food service, following proper food-handling techniques, taking meal orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Servers will also maintain cleanliness in dining areas, sanitize tables and chairs, and assist with dining room setup and resetting. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the senior population, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.

Physical demands include regularly lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, with frequent periods of standing, walking, and reaching. This role is performed indoors within a climate-controlled environment, though exposure to cleaning chemicals and occasional unpleasant odors is possible. Joining Provincial Senior Living as a Housekeeper/Server means contributing to the quality of life and well-being of seniors while enjoying competitive wages, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities for advancement. If having a direct impact on the lives of others is important to you, this position offers a rewarding career path in a Great Place to Work certified organization.
