We are currently seeking an Asistente de Sala AM (Morning Room Attendant) to join this dynamic hospitality team. This role is integral to the hotel’s daily operations, with the primary responsibility of cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards. The Asistente de Sala AM will ensure that all assigned rooms are impeccably cleaned, replenished, and inspected according to the hotel’s protocols to provide a pristine environment for guests. You will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning the rooms as per assignment, including bed-making with fresh linens, dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, and restocking amenities. Maintaining strict confidentiality and security of guest rooms is crucial to this position.

Moreover, this role demands a keen eye for detail to notice and report any damages or maintenance needs promptly, which helps uphold the hotel’s quality and safety standards. Communication skills are important for addressing guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, enhancing the overall guest experience. The Asistente de Sala AM also follows all standards of safety and hygiene, complying with OSHA requirements and hotel emergency procedures. At the end of each shift, you will be responsible for updating room status records, restocking cleaning carts, and ensuring all lost and found items are handled appropriately.

This is a physically demanding position requiring the ability to stand for long periods, handle heavy loads up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks such as bending and reaching. Flexibility in work schedules, including weekends and holidays, is necessary to fulfill operational needs.
