The Housekeeping role at ZMC Hotels involves maintaining cleanliness and comfort for our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and inviting. This position requires attention to detail in replenishing supplies, changing linens, and disinfecting guest rooms. Working either independently or as part of a small team, you will be responsible for supporting the overall cleanliness and operation of the hotel. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to stand and move for long periods
  • ability to lift 20 pounds

Job Duties

  • Clean showers, toilets, and sinks
  • replenish toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products
  • clean guest laundry washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed
  • deliver items to guest rooms such as towels, extra pillows, and supplies
  • respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • report and deliver lost and found items to the appropriate office/department
  • work in a team environment and support all members to ensure a great hotel stay experience
