You will be responsible for changing linens, making beds, replenishing supplies like toiletries and towels, and ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly. By reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management, you will help us maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.

You will also be expected to follow all health and safety regulations meticulously while assisting with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as needed. Providing excellent customer service is key in this position; responding courteously and efficiently to guest requests ensures a positive impression and enhances guest satisfaction. Flexibility is important as this role may require working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks
  • excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
  • knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
  • flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
