As part of their ongoing commitment to excellence, The Recovery Village is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Housekeeper to join their team. The Housekeeper plays an indispensable role in supporting the mission of providing exceptional care by ensuring that the facility is consistently maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable state. This position is responsible for performing a range of cleaning duties across assigned areas within the facility, following established schedules and utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Duties include scrubbing and refinishing hard surface floors to achieve a polished appearance, shampooing carpets to maintain a fresh environment, and addressing any spots or stains as necessary.
In addition to routine cleaning, the Housekeeper will be tasked with reporting maintenance issues related to equipment, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring that any potential hazards or deficiencies are promptly communicated to the facility's leadership. The role also involves assisting with setup for special events and functions, working collaboratively with the leadership team, and adapting to changing work assignments while maintaining a strong focus on cleanliness and safety standards. Conformance to uniform and grooming standards is expected, reflecting the professional image of The Recovery Village.
Candidates for this position should ideally possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of housekeeping experience, preferably within a healthcare facility. Job Requirements

- One year of experience or personal preference in housekeeping in a health care facility
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
