Job Duties

  • Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests
  • perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned
  • maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
  • exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others
  • adapt and be flexible in response to changing resident needs while respecting residents' rights
  • display personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision
  • demonstrate reliable work attendance and consistent completion of job duties
  • address work-related problems with the proper individuals promptly
  • communicate resident concerns to management in a timely manner
  • maintain confidentiality of both resident and staff information
  • present a neat, clean appearance
