Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of cleaning experience in a medical facility
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physically able to lift and carry objects up from 30 to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms according to protocol
- Disinfect commonly used items such as tables, door handles, office tools, sinks, faucets, phones
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Assist in setting up rooms for meetings and events as requested
- Maintain outdoor grounds, cut grass and trim bushes
- Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
- Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when requested
- Provide organization of storage areas
- Provide surveillance of agency property and facility
- Assist in maintaining a quiet and safe environment free from solicitors, unruly and/or disorderly people
- Assemble and/or disassemble furniture and items purchased by the agency
- Assist in moving items including furniture, office supplies, etc.
- Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment and tools
- Assist with non-technical facility and equipment repair
- Assist in agency equipment control
- Assist with agency transportation needs
- Provide transportation of patients utilizing agency vehicle(s)
- Provide transportation of agency property and staff, as needed
- Practice safe driving habits
- Follow all safety regulations and standards
- Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions
- Open vehicle doors and assist passengers
- Keep the exterior of vehicle clean and presentable
- Maintain vehicle equipment
- replace oil, fill gas tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety or ensure appropriate vehicle maintenance is scheduled
- Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed
- Keep the interior of vehicle clean of debris and clutter
- Load and unload vehicle
- Complete documentation such as logs, mileage, or cargo and passenger reports
- Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner
- Record and document all incidents which require assistance and/or attention and maintain accurate files
- Actively participate in and support quality assessment and improvement activities in the agency
- Participate in agency committees as requested
- Work as backup to security including emergency response, surveillance, security rounds, posting at security desk, and escorting person(s) to and from vehicles when requested
- Complete projects as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
