Job Description

The Pennant Group, Inc. is a reputable holding company that manages a diverse portfolio of independent operating subsidiaries specializing in healthcare services across the United States. These subsidiaries provide critical healthcare services through home health and hospice agencies as well as senior living communities dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults. Each subsidiary functions autonomously with its own management team, employees, and assets, allowing for tailored and community-focused service delivery. The organization is committed to upholding high standards in healthcare and senior living, fostering environments where residents receive compassionate, respectful, and professional care. With a strong emphasis on values such as accountability, respect, and innovation, The Pennant Group prioritizes both resident welfare and employee development, ensuring a supportive and positive workplace for all.

The specific opportunity available is for a Housekeeper position within one of our senior living communities. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the living environment, directly contributing to the health, safety, and comfort of our residents. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other assigned spaces. Your work will ensure that the community meets or exceeds regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control, which is essential for the well-being of all individuals within the facility. The role demands a friendly, approachable attitude and a genuine passion for assisting others, making it an excellent fit for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a caring community environment.

Success in this role hinges on key attributes such as adaptability, reliability, and strong communication skills. You will be expected to respond flexibly to changing resident needs, respect the rights and privacy of residents, and take initiative in completing your duties with minimal supervision. Our core values—Celebration, Accountability, Passion for Learning, Love One Another, Intelligent Risk Taking, Customer Second (Employee First), and Ownership—guide every aspect of our operations, and we seek team members who embody these principles in their daily work. This position offers an inclusive environment where all applicants are evaluated fairly, without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics. If you are looking for a meaningful role that allows you to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors while working within a supportive, values-driven organization, this Housekeeper opportunity at The Pennant Group's senior living community may be the perfect fit.
