Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms
- clean common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas
- ensure compliance with community and regulatory cleanliness standards
- maintain infection control protocols
- exhibit a positive customer service attitude
- communicate resident concerns to management
- maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
