Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- ability to work weekdays from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to undergo background check if required
Job Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- ability to follow checklists and assigned routines
- capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, standing and bending
- understanding of chemical safety and use of MSDS
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
Job Duties
- general restroom cleanings including sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning glass, windows, doors, sinks, faucets, stainless steel, stall walls and doors
- restocking paper products and chemicals
- maintaining cleanliness of all assigned areas in a set daily routine and within a timely manner
- safe use of chemicals according to guidelines
- follow an area assigned checklist and maintain a consistent and safe cleaning routine
- adhere to standards set in housekeeping manuals, MSDS logs and training documents
- lift up to 40 lbs daily and complete assigned tasks
- work with little supervision daily
- push, pull, stand and walk on hard floors, bend, reach overhead and perform other physical activities required for the job
