- Minimum one year housekeeping experience including knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Any combination of education training or experience that provides required knowledge skills and abilities

Job Duties
- Maintain guest room cleanliness including cleaning bath and kitchen areas cleaning all floors by vacuuming or washing removing all trash from guest rooms and dusting polishing all guest room furnishings
- Maintain outside room appearance including cleaning sliding doors air conditioning grills doors windows and removing trash from surrounding outside areas
- Ensure all areas of hotel are up to company standards even if area is not assigned to you
- Visually inspect guest rooms public areas service areas for quality in cleanliness and presentation
- Notify supervisor immediately of any safety or security violations of policy as well as any guest concerns
- Operate housekeeping equipment and restock housekeeping cart supplies
- Notify head housekeeper or supervisor of room readiness
- Maintain superior customer service when interacting with guests
