Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Ensure daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and wellness areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards according to community and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests
  • Adapt and respond flexibly to changing resident needs while respecting their rights
  • Communicate resident concerns promptly to management
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
  • Exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others
