Job Duties
- Ensure daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and wellness areas
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards according to community and regulatory guidelines
- Provide efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests
- Adapt and respond flexibly to changing resident needs while respecting their rights
- Communicate resident concerns promptly to management
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information
- Exhibit a positive customer service attitude by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others
