Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One-month related experience and/or training
Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform job duties
Ability to stand, walk and sit frequently
Ability to use hands, push, pull, reach, talk and listen regularly
Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, crouch occasionally
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions occasionally
Ability to work with cleaning supplies and chemicals
Ability to handle moderate noise levels
Regular and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide daily cleaning for clubhouse, condos, offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities
Perform light and heavy cleaning including window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, emptying trash cans and ashtrays
Identify and report supply needs to supervisor
Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior facility areas including trash removal, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior areas including trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture
Perform other duties as required
