Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- capability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, and crouch frequently
- ability to handle repetitive movements and use cleaning equipment
- willingness to work varying shifts including occasional overnight duties
- adherence to safety and health standards
- commitment to professionalism and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- Experience with quality inspection processes
- knowledge of room readiness inspection
- blood borne pathogen certification preferred
- hotel, apartment, or cleaning experience
- OSHA certification preferred
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Receives a list of rooms to be cleaned at the start of shift
- maintains an orderly cart stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
- cleans guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways to meet health and brand standards
- inspects and cleans fire prevention devices such as smoke alarms and sprinklers
- replaces soiled linens and towels and disinfects bathroom surfaces
- replenishes room supplies including toilet paper, soap, and trash liners
- empties wastebaskets and removes trash to disposal areas
- reports any damage, maintenance issues, or suspicious items to the General Manager
- washes and folds laundry
- keeps storage areas and carts clean and organized
- performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager
