Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to adhere to facility policies and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Correctly follow the 'Team Cleaning' process on a daily basis
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of Hillcrest and its grounds
- Responsible for cleaning resident and patient rooms and furnishings daily, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and mopping
