Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks requiring lifting and standing
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
- ability to reach, kneel, bend, lift, push, and pull (up to 30 lbs)
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- excellent guest service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to company standards
- restock room supplies and amenities
- replace dirty linens and towels
- respond to guest requests and housekeeping calls promptly
- report maintenance issues or safety hazards
