Job Requirements

  • Ability to speak and understand English
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand, walk and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies

Job Duties

  • Interact friendly with guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable
  • Clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and maintaining room standards
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels, guest supplies and amenities
  • Wear comfortable team member apparel designed for the role
  • Stock, organize and transport housekeeping supply carts throughout the hotel
  • Contribute to the Hilton mission by providing warm and welcoming hospitality
