- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality preferred
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- Provide cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows and mirrors
- Replace linens in guestrooms
- Replenish guestroom amenities
- Make beds and prepare rooms for new guests
- Respond to guests' special requests and complaints
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness standards in designated hotel areas
