Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality preferred
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows and mirrors in designated hotel areas
- Replace linens, replenish amenities, and make beds in guestrooms
- Respond to guests special requests and complaints
- Communicate professionally and courteously with guests
- Maintain consistent high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
