Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Prior experience in hotel or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to perform physical work including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows and mirrors in designated hotel areas
  • Replace linens, replenish amenities, and make beds in guestrooms
  • Respond to guests special requests and complaints
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with guests
  • Maintain consistent high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
