This position transcends traditional housekeeping duties by focusing on creating an inviting and comforting atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. The role involves maintaining one main home and three Airbnb properties situated on the same estate, ensuring each space is spotless, welcoming, and well-cared-for. Alongside cleaning, the Housekeeper will perform light gardening tasks to maintain the property's exterior aesthetics. The position is full time, non-exempt, and scheduled during daytime hours from Monday to Friday. The pay rate ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in enhancing guest experiences.

This Housekeeper role suits individuals who are meticulous, proactive, and can work independently while also taking direction when necessary. Candidates should be comfortable with flexible shift times, including early mornings or late nights if needed. Given the physical nature of the duties, applicants must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 20 pounds.
