Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience with cleaning equipment
- ability to work night shifts
- pass drug testing and background checks
- negative tuberculosis test
- physically able to perform cleaning duties
- availability for full-time employment at 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience with cleaning machinery such as vacuums and buffers
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- experience working in a senior living or healthcare environment preferred
- basic understanding of health and safety standards
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Clean apartments and common areas using various cleaning machinery
- operate vacuums, buffers, and deep cleaning equipment
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the community
- adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols
- report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- interact respectfully with residents and staff
- comply with all community policies and procedures
