The Housekeeper/Key Holder is responsible for routine cleaning and maintenance tasks even when the facility is occupied, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently in dynamic and sometimes sensitive environments.

With a compensation rate of $16.60 per hour, this position requires availability during specific shifts: Tuesday and Thursday from 3 pm to 11 pm, Friday from 2 pm to 9 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 2 pm to 8 pm. A positive customer service attitude is essential, reflecting the company’s core values. This role involves a variety of duties including cleaning, sanitizing, laundry handling, inventory replenishment, waste management, and safety reporting. The employee will be expected to uphold club standards, respond to member concerns, and contribute to a safe and orderly environment.

FFC Oak Park also offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans through BlueCross BlueShield, a company-paid life insurance policy, and a 401K retirement plan with company match. Additional perks include professional development reimbursements, fitness instructor training discounts, complimentary club memberships, employee discounts on spa and fitness classes, and various fringe benefits such as pet insurance and discounted phone plans.

This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, have a strong sense of responsibility, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service within the fitness and wellness industry. FFC Oak Park fosters a diverse and inclusive culture that supports ongoing learning and development, with mandatory hospitality training completed within the first 90 days of employment. Employees are encouraged to grow both personally and professionally while contributing to the well-being of members in a positive and supportive environment.
