Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in male-designated areas such as locker rooms and restrooms
- Available to work full-time hours including specified shifts
- Ability to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety protocols
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must maintain confidentiality and respect member privacy
- Capable of handling sensitive cleaning duties in occupied spaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to work the required shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Job Duties
- Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers
- Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude in keeping with the companys core values of friendliness, superior service, integrity, safety, and improvement
- Respond to the members concerns, suggestions and requests
- Keep all areas of the club safe, clean and orderly at all times
- Report all safety concerns, broken equipment and member concerns to your manager
- Sort, launder, fold linens and towels
- Sweep, scrub and sanitize all areas of the facility
- Vacuum all carpeting
- Wash walls, ceilings and woodwork
- Wash windows, door panels, sills, and water fountains
- Empty wastebaskets and dust furniture
- Transport trash and waste to disposal
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Replace light bulbs
- Attend scheduled staff meetings
