The role of Housekeeper/Key Holder at FFC Oak Park is a full-time position that plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall welcoming atmosphere of the facility. This job requires entry into male-designated areas such as locker rooms and restrooms, which necessitates compliance with privacy laws and regulations. Candidates must be legally allowed to work within these spaces to ensure member privacy is upheld at all times. The Housekeeper/Key Holder is responsible for routine cleaning and maintenance tasks even when the facility is occupied, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently in dynamic and sometimes sensitive environments.

With a compensation rate of $16.60 per hour, this position requires availability during specific shifts: Tuesday and Thursday from 3 pm to 11 pm, Friday from 2 pm to 9 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 2 pm to 8 pm. A positive customer service attitude is essential, reflecting the company’s core values. This role involves a variety of duties including cleaning, sanitizing, laundry handling, inventory replenishment, waste management, and safety reporting. The employee will be expected to uphold club standards, respond to member concerns, and contribute to a safe and orderly environment.
