Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping
ability to follow safety protocols
physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting and moving heavy items
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
adherence to organizational policies and procedures
reliable and punctual work attendance

Job Qualifications

previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
ability to follow health, safety, and infection control protocols
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
effective communication skills
physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving furniture and equipment
knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation

Job Duties

Clean and service areas within Billings Clinic including patient rooms, public access areas, and specialized departments
maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, stripping, finishing, buffing, refinishing, and shampooing carpets and furniture
remove trash and soiled linen from assigned areas
wash windows, walls, vents, lights, and baseboards using appropriate disinfectants
dust and polish hard surfaces
move furniture and equipment within the clinic and to off-site storage
perform laundry services including collecting, sorting, weighing, folding, counting, stacking, and distributing clean laundry and linen garments
coordinate daily laundry service needs with departments
support and model behaviors consistent with organizational mission and values
meet all mandatory organizational and departmental compliance requirements
maintain competency in safety and performance standards
perform additional duties as assigned to meet department needs
