Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Own a vehicle with current car insurance
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours between 7AM and 5PM Monday through Friday
- Willing to commute to Oak Park and neighboring areas such as Oak Brook, Westmont, and LaGrange
- Comfortable working around pets
- Ability to handle physical labor including lifting heavy items
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Strong customer service skills
- Good time management and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with an appreciation for cleanliness and organization
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 35 pounds
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Willingness to learn and receive training
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work legally in the United States
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of client homes according to company standards
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled hours
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain positive relationships
- Handle cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms provided by the company
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing professional development
- Report any client concerns or issues to management promptly
