The role of Housekeeper/Cleaner at Triad Service Solutions is crucial to maintaining the cleanliness and overall appeal of various facilities. The housekeeper/cleaner will engage in tasks that include cleaning offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other designated work areas to the highest standards. This job involves using appropriate cleaning tools and products effectively to maintain the polished condition of lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim, as well as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.

Responsibilities further extend to spot cleaning rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture; dusting furniture and equipment; polishing metalworks; washing walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. The role also requires routine upkeep tasks such as emptying wastebaskets, cleaning ashtrays, transporting trash to disposal areas, replenishing bathroom supplies, and replacing light bulbs. This position may occasionally involve delivering messages and transporting small equipment or tools within the facility.

An essential component of this job includes setting up tables and chairs in meeting rooms, auditoriums, or halls when necessary. The housekeeper/cleaner may also need to utilize mobile applications for quality assurance and timekeeping purposes, requiring iOS or Android capabilities on a personal cell phone during work hours.
