Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift heavy items
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to maintain company standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests and owners
- possess ability to work independently and follow instructions

Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
- maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- make beds
- replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
