The Housekeeper role at Greystar in Denver, Colorado, is a critical position dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and overall appeal of the property’s vacant apartment homes, leasing office, clubhouse, and other community amenities. This role directly supports the property’s market readiness by ensuring all areas are spotless, fresh, and inviting to prospective residents and current tenants. The position reports to the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager and involves both routine cleaning tasks and specialized duties associated with preparing rental units for new occupants. The hourly pay range for this role is $21 to $23, with additional compensation potential through various bonus programs depending on performance and role classification.
Housekeepers at Greystar are entrusted with cleaning the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, models, amenities, and vacant apartment units on a daily basis or as scheduled by supervisors. This includes freshening all floor units regularly to maintain their market-ready appearance. The role requires collaboration with management staff to assist with make-ready processes and to promptly report any hazards or maintenance issues that could impact resident safety or comfort. Inventory management of cleaning supplies is also essential, ensuring that necessary materials are stocked and reordered as needed.

Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintenance
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Capacity to follow health and safety protocols and property guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in residential or hospitality settings preferred
- Ability to operate a golf cart on property with a valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensures vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assists in the make-ready process by performing duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager
- Reports hazards or potential safety issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when reordering is needed
