Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three months experience in housekeeping
  • Ability to speak and write English proficiently
  • Willingness to comply with safety and company policies
  • Ability to wear a uniform and maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to work scheduled hours and manage multiple cleaning tasks
  • Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
  • Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Practical experience of at least three months as a housekeeper, preferably in the housing industry
  • Ability to speak and write English well enough to understand directions
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time well
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Complete vacant cleans and touch-ups as scheduled ensuring highest quality standards in a timely manner
  • Report service requests needed on apartments and common areas
  • Complete clean-up of the office, clubhouse, building common areas and facilities as scheduled by emptying trash, disinfecting telephones, dusting, and general cleaning
  • Inform supervisor of supplies needed in a timely manner
  • Assist management and maintenance as needed
  • Wear required uniform and maintain an appropriate appearance
  • Comply with all state and local laws and follow company policies
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines including OSHA and Fair Housing requirements
  • Assist other employees in any apartment management tasks as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
