Job Requirements
- Available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 6:30am-2:30pm
- also available on holidays
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred but willing to train
- understands practices surrounding the proper handling of biohazardous waste

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathroom toilets, sinks, and bathtubs
- wipe countertops and mirrors
- sterilize floors
- wipe kitchen counters and mop kitchen floors
- vacuum all exposed areas completely including edges
- empty and rinse wastebaskets when necessary
- wash inside windows as needed
- clean all common areas such as elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- maintain a clean laundry room and store chemicals in accordance with product or supervisor instruction
