Supervisory communication is critical, as the housekeeper must notify management of any significant repair needs or maintenance issues related to lighting, heating, and ventilation systems.

Compliance with regulatory requirements is essential, including being at least 18 years old, possessing a valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, and maintaining CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications if required. Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license, a satisfactory motor vehicle report, vehicle registration, and liability insurance if the role involves driving. Additional certifications such as a current negative TB test and a valid Food Handlers Certificate may be required depending on the specific needs of the position.
